A boy is playing baseball with his father when his ball rolls into the street. He quickly runs after it and is hit by a car. His legs are crushed and he is bleeding badly. An ambulance arrives and takes the boy and his father to the emergency room. He is immediately rushed into surgery as he is very near death. The surgeon runs in and is ready to operate, but looks at the boy and says "I can't operate, this is my son." How can this be?

If you are sure of the answer dont put it down until a few posts.

That is correct, but it is kind of suprising that we think automatically doctor=man.
