| Whilst the odd terrorist ahs surely found their way to Somalia, the question is why should we care. If they do anything wrong there then they'll be effectively dealt with by the many warlords. |

The Warlords are the terrorists, and they're kept in power with he aid of the U.S. government and their allies. Terrorism is the excuse that they'll use to take Somalia, and I said this when I first made this thread.
CIA Fact Book:
"Despite the seeming anarchy, Somalia's service sector has managed to survive and grow. Telecommunication firms provide wireless services in most major cities and offer the lowest international call rates on the continent. In the absence of a formal banking sector, money exchange services have sprouted throughout the country, handling between $500 million and $1 billion in remittances annually. Mogadishu's main market offers a variety of goods from food to the newest electronic gadgets. Hotels continue to operate, and militias provide security." |

The government of Somalia has a debt. Somalis don't.
If they can prevent the warlords -- oh, sorry, the transitional government -- from establishing a real government, they can avoid the debt. |

Quote: The government of Somalia has a debt. Somalis don't. Exactly. I wonder if the American citizenry realize their own government has cemented them into endless debt as well? |
