Hey all,
I'm going to be facilitating a workshop on political ideologies after World War II. I want to make sure I cover all the important ideologies and have good columnists, writers and so on to represent each political view. If anyone would like to post here their political ideology and a contemporary columnist or writer who best suits their views, please do so. Also, the events I'd like to cover from a critical perspective of each of the political views are the following:
-The civil rights movement
-Conflict in Viet Nam
-Repression of human rights in capitalist countries v. repression of human rights in communist countries
-The feminist/women's rights movement
-Globalization v. the Global Justice movement
-The Invasion (and occupation) of Iraq
-Conflict in the Middle East
So if you're a neocon and have a good column by say, Charles Krauthammer on Viet Nam, please post it. I'd like to have a fair and accurate representation of all viewpoints for my workshop. |
