Prosecutor, Judge in CIA Leak Probe Meet




WASHINGTON - The prosecutor in the CIA leak probe set the stage Wednesday for possible criminal charges, meeting with the grand jury that heard months of testimony and then consulting with the chief judge at the courthouse where the legal drama has unfolded

The White House braced for at least one indictment by week's end, possibly Vice President Dick Cheney's chief of staff, I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby. It also was worried that President Bush's top political adviser, Karl Rove, remained in jeopardy of being charged with false statements.

The problem with the "CIA Leak" is there was never any "leak" it was common information she was his wife among those actual interested and working for the CIA, she was NOT undercover! She’s was one of those people who walk into the CIA office building every day how much more obvious can it be? especial if we got this highly politically dubiously and un-qualified US Ambassador that for some reason nobody understands was send to Africa to actual integrate for the CIA as an agent, then comes back and starts claming Bush was lying and that they didn’t uncover any thing from Africa as he was just their and he didn’t see anything like that, which later that statement in itself turned out to be an out right lie, as that’s not the official report he gave to congress. And his allegations that the president was laying was also an out right lie in the basic fact that the president was specifically sitting information from the British which they had obtained, low level links most likely, like most all intelligences sharing between western powers is done, not necessarily even reported especial between us and the British that’s very common, which he had determined had more validly. (by the way was true after all as it turns out, he was seeking yellowcake form Africa which is what the president said, he did not obtain it.) not information from him or even the CIA, but the British intelligences itself

Needless to say the man is married his wife works for the CIA, but of course that's not about to ring any bells with the media, as their trying to find a lead to say something bad about the Bush administration, which has basically been their investigative aim since day one, and is general true of just about every American administration, republicans ones at least. They did the same thing to Ronald Regain with Iran contra on there something actually happened, that was part of the implementation of policy objectives on lower levels, that crossed the line with out making sure
So of course come the Investigative in to what exactly this guy did in Niger and then comes the revelation that he was in fact completely Un-qualified with no training or actual experiences whatsoever in intelligence collection to start with as he was in fact an “Ambassador” not a CIA agent! To start with and incompetent, and then comes the 2nd possible incompetent charge about who send him, they asked the Bush administration trying to put incompetents on bush for sending him, and that when they tell him it was one of the CIA's WMD analyses who happened to be his wife, rove didn’t even know her name specifically! he just asked and they told him his wife.
Who was a CIA analyses NOT a covert agent! And well known already as his wife and as someone who worked for the CIA in the first place, it wasn’t exactly a secret to start with!!
In the end the democrats demanded and arranged for million upon millions of dollar to be spend on a special prosecution to do an investigation for “crime” that didn’t exist in the first please. And in the end because the crime didn’t exist they ended up having to only indices one of Cheney’s aids, for given an account to the FBI intervening him, that the Journalist had got together and decided apparently he didn’t say to them, under the assuming that this guy who takes like 1000 phone calls day would actually be able to accurately remember exactly what it was he had said about a month ago about something what ever it is.
At the end of the day indicting him for “purge” was something of a sham and cheep shot, as that was the only the prosecutor could actual have a remote case on. A case that is I remind you based upon the basic assumption. That Libby had a perfect memory, which is ridicules at the level of assuming being perfect! It’s also very revealing as to the agenda of the people demanding the production in that their not also prosecuting the Journalist for saying the same thing, and having even less credibility in actual knowing what had happen to start with.
If you want to get down to it this was a relatively low level executive employee one of about 30 thousand. And this is nothing more and desperation of left-wing extremist in our own country to try and build a case to indict Bush himself, and having to settle for indicting one of the lower level administration staffers who, on Circumstantial evidences at best. Claming he had knowingly misinformed the FBI agents on the bases of a rather conveniently placed “note” and the testimony of lik3-5 journalist of questionable at best moral integrity, all of which had happen a long before he was questioned by the FBI about it 2 times and both times given the same Story.
Honestly I don’t think this adds up, it sounds like a pretty badly conducted and if I mite say Desperate political witch hunt, that settled for entrapping a relatively low level bush admiration staffer. So they could just indict him, rune his entire life, and hopefully have some impact on President George W. Bush. Its quite frankly pretty sad and tragic, and I would hope bush Pardons Libby when and if the D.C. Based court with lawyers many times the scale and grade of what he can afford wrongfully convicts him for being imperfect.
Its really kind of stupid but again its part of the democratic on going attempt to control the USA via the legal system which they engineered, with all their appointees over the last 70 years of democratic super majority Domination of the US Congress.
