| I believe that we, as in Canada, should fortify the island and kick any Danish soliders of navy personel that come near it or blow the island up. If that Island is not ours its not going to be anybodies, nobody takes our land away not anymore. |

Personally, I think since denmark's got the research post, they have a claim as well.... We should share the island, you know, one of those what are they called... Condominiums I think? basically both countries split the income from the island ( $0 ) half and half, and it is governed by both countries laws that they've agreed upon... remember I say this only because of the research station
also giving it to the palestinians would be a neat way to solve all territorial disputes :D |

Actually discounting Russia, Denmark is the largest Nation in Europe and I think the Middle East and Africa, everyone always forgets... they own GREENLAND!.
Greenland is not in Europe! |

Actually yes it is. although being given independence from Denmark it is still to my knowledge a Danish protectorate. They also used to be part of the EU. If I'm not mistaken that’s a European thing. |

politically Greenland is European, as it is owned by Denmark but geographically it's North American.
... Canada would kick Denmark's ass over Hans Island, they have 5 million people, we have 30 million, do the math! |
