I'm with Helena on this one. I don't see the point in resurrecting a bunch of old threads that have already run their course. All you're doing is reopening old wounds, old hostilities. What's more, if you were paying close enough attention, you'd realize that these same issues keep coming back in new threads anyway. No need to revive the old ones when the same debate is continuing in new threads.
By all means, read the old threads as some of them may contain interesting insights. But unless there's something that just has to be said, I'd kindly request that you consider refraining from reviving them. Or if there's some specific issue you'd like to discuss, post a new thread.
Of course, we don't have any authority over you and you can do as you please, continuing to irritate us 'old-timers' with these defunct thread resurrections. Your choice. |
