London police say possible fatalities in London blasts
LONDON (AFP) - Police said they believed several people had been killed in a series of blasts which rocked central London.
Ambulances rushed to Russell Square in the heart of the capital Thursday where a policeman reported people may have been killed in a bus blast, just minutes after a blast rocked the underground train system, police said.
"We believe there have been a number of fatalities and a number of people who are seriously injured," the policeman said.

I hope we do not run either from the terrorists or into the arms of an age of darker and more onerous total government security.
As they act with hate we must only act with more love and the proper defences. I also hold the governments of not only those nations that harbour terrorism but also those that choose to flirt and manipulate it. This covers every nation on Earth, we all need to pull our socks up East and West.
Finally this prompt serious questions for Middle East policies as ever, but the consideration of Al Quadea pov and suchlike sympathetic types should only DECREASE as a result of the murders committed today in My Proud Hometown.
I am happy at least at the dignity and unanimity of public response in keeping peace and respect ont he streets at such a time when such anarchy could easily be began.
Go London. Go ENGLAND. Let Only Love Kill Hate.

These attacks on London were cowardly acts of slaughter. :x I hope now that the french and other nations will see the light of the US's war on Terror and will not see the US as the enemy but will see the nations of Saudi Arabia, syria, palestine, and others as the evil they have become.
Let's hope that these attacks will bring the UN closer together so we stop these cowards in the middle east and restore order! :clap: |
