| I do believe that with this topic you are on either one side or the other. There is no in the middle for people on this topic. To me homosexuality is gross, Though exploited is right on the topic that it is in a way natural because it has been here since history was written down. Though it having no reproductive reasoning it is not natural. It is a flaw that was created as far back as we know. But we do not know if caveman practiced homosexuality so we cannot say it is completely natural. |

Yes, we can. You can argue that it is unacceptable, immoral, disgusting or what have you; you cannot argue that it is "unnatural." |

| I guess I can agree with smr6138 that it is natural. |

How about westernized thinking?
Socrates/Plato weren't exactly "Hetero", you know? "The greatest love that can be shared is between two men." Sound familiar?
Can add Aristotelian thinking as well, thus when you really think about it, the european/western mindset was really created by a couple of "homos".
Perhaps all you homophobes should move to China... Wait, they too have a history of homosexuality during the fuedal eras... Hrm.
Well, to the Antarctic with you then! A last vestige untouched by homosexual hegemony.
Seriously, I expect you to be gone within the week.
I think we're talking about modern homos on modern society. |

Really, I've never heard of that. I've never heard of straight women watching gay porn. Crazy women. |

I know a few girls who like it. Not many though. |

well just because women like to watch gay guys on tv doesnt mean they wanna watch gay guys making out/having sex in the same way that men get turned on by HLA (hot lesbian action, not human leukocyte antigen for all you biologists out there!)
I've had this conversation with my women friends and they all agree that watching guy on guy action simply isnt their thing. |

There's an entire branch of anime devoted to male homosexual couplings by/for the purpose of entertainment of women... Hm, I dunno it's name but I thought it was a bit queer (heh heh, I made a funny... ... What? :( ) when I first heard of it, I'll have to ask an anime buff friend. |

Really? So when was the last time you had sex?
Filthy and dirty sex is the BEST sex. Hell, most sex can fall into those categories. If you aren't all sweaty and covered in the body fluids of the other person, you aren't doing it right.
unnatural? Well, so is oral sex. And I ain't giving that up, baby! It is a great way to end an argument, or decide to who has to mow the lawn!
Disgusting? Well, that is a personal opinion. I am almost 31 years old and no one has ever forced me to watch two men kiss or have sex. As for women, I WISH they would force me to watch two women kiss and have sex! So while I might find it a little distasteful, I don't have to watch it either.
Quote: Homosexuals think they deserve special treatment because they are homosexuals.
Equal Treatment actually.
Quote: They use the media to show the world what they do.
What?
Let me give you a little background about the American Entertainment Industry. You see, it is based on ratings. Ratings mean advertisements. Advertisements mean money. If a man eating cereal got enough ratings, then you KNOW that they would have it on TV. Media is based on ratings. And when it comes to the harmful things in the media, I'll rate the Simple Life and Wrestling WAY above anything involving homosexuals. Though, Wrestling is a little gay.
Quote: While I am watching TV I do not want to see homosexuals.
Oh, I didn't realize that they have you in A Clockwork Orange. You know, imprisoned on a chair with your eyes forced open while someone put eye drops in them so they don't dry out, and you are forced to watch Homosexuals. You see, I usually change the channel. Or I turn it off and read a good book. But since you have a band of raving homosexuals forcing you to watch homosexual programming, I suppose you are a special case.
Quote: They are trying to ruin many things like marriage and adoption. There are more reasons too but I think you get the point.
Marriage... yeah. The divorce rate is about 50%, and husbands are still beating their wives or kids on a regular basis. However homosexuals could make Marriage ICKY and DISGUSTING! EWWW! Homosexuals couldn't POSSIBLY do more damage to Marriage then Heterosexuals. When it comes to f***ing up a marriage, Heterosexuals have it to a damn science!
Adoption? Yeah, growing up as a number would be so much better then growing up with a couple of f**s! When it comes to mistreating, beating, or molesting kids Heterosexuals are in the LEAD! When it comes to the damage that a couple can inflict upon children, Homosexuals would have to try pretty damn hard to outdo us Heterosexuals. |

Yeah, but I suppose this is another one of those things that you can't prove on the Internet...

Ieatfood: You've obviously haven't seen "Queer as Folk" and just because a few of your chick friends don't watch it doesn't mean that you're the majority.
Queer as Folk aside from the so-so storyline which I'm confused because I've only seen a couple episodes is basically a bunch of really hot guys making out.
It's like 1 step before softcore porn or just softcore porn. |

You have not done an Internet search for "slash fiction" I take it? Hundreds of thousands of females writing fictional stories about gay male lovers purely for their own entertainment. I read some of the Harry Potter ones sometimes. They like to pair up Harry/Ron and Harry/Draco.
Plus, there are some girls at my school who are always bugging me with "Oh please [name omitted], kiss a guy! I'll pay you twenty bucks if you do!" I don't know if it sexually excites them, or if they just think it's cute. Girls are weird...

No, I am gay. I was just trying to make a sarcastic comment that backfired when no one got it. |

Not when you're young. Young people have developing minds and developing sexualities. You can certainly be mostly one way or the other, but you aren't really anything committed yet until you are out of your teens.
Remember, we classify people on a scale like 0 to 7, being strongly heterosexual on one side and strongly homosexual on the other. Most hit about as you'd expect on a bell curve, only it's bimodal with one hump much larger than the other. Something like this (ignoring the text of the graph itself):
Most people are bi-sexual to some extent, even if it's not enough to get them to crawl into bed with someone other than who they normally have sex with. In young people, it's very common to play around a bit and it doesn't make you anything but horny and curious. |

If I was the least bit doubtful about my homosexuality, I'd say I was straight. |

on a personnal basis I am a bit disgusted by the thought of homosexuals, but thats just my brain being unconditioned into accepting homosexuals.
my overall view no one should be denied any thing or service based on sexual orrientarion
for those who oppose it , why do you care what bob and joe do behind closed doors.
(sorry for the bit of rant /trolling im just a bit ticked of)
yes i am. and people like you who can attempt to open their minds or view things logically give me hope. |
