Owing to the latest developments in the world, the Chinese governmental authorities decided to reconsider the conception of Chinese National Security. According to official Peking, the steadily increasing concern of the U.S. in Central Asia and the Near East menaces the conventional international links of China. Considering the factual blockade of China by the United States and their allies (Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Philippines) on the part of the Pacific Ocean, the situation when Chinese western neighbor-countries pass into U.S. satellites, threatens China with a complete external takeover. China has already started to set up a system of electronic intelligence centers in its south-eastern, southern and western provinces.
