I doubt there is any internal NK opposition. And American intelligence is very limited.
I wasn't saying NK can't fight im just saying that if they do... their finnished. It would wreck the country completely. |

While there is probably extremely limited opposition within the country, there must be some groups who have escaped. Are we supposed to sit on our hands and do nothing? |

Their would be no way the CIA could infiltrate NK contact these groups, arm them, train them and have them rise up. NK's army is 100's of thousands strong! It would be completely impractical!
After Kil Il dies things might improve. He seems to live in fantasy world. The USSR changed alot after Stalins death. Perhaps NK might go the CHina route to modernisation and demilitarise. |

I wouldn't advoctae infiltrating the entire NK military. Like you said, it's fairly large and on top of that it would be nearly impossible to get that many people in unnoticed. But I'm banking on a a deep dissatisfaction in the North Korean population. If it would be possible to take out the large targets, then the population might be able to revolt. But that's a lot of "if"s. How old is Kim anyway? Brutal dictators seem to have unnaturally long lives. |

I swear Yeltsin was a zombie of some sort...
Most of the population is indoctrinated, heavily and since they have a large organised army it would be impossible to topple it all in one strike. Any moves to do so would make the Koreans launch their missiles, their nukes. So unless it was part of a comprehensive stratergy to invade Korea by first destabillising it i cant see it happening. |
