Jeez, the BBC couldn't be any more boring and middle of the road if it tried. It almost never offers opinion, and it beats the hell out of News services that think "SHUT UP!" is a rational retort to another person's view.

To the bulk of the world the Beeb is niether left nor right and extremely conservative in its presentation. [Not your kind of conservative]

Never offers an opinion? Like how the reporter for the BBC talked about how she was in tears when she saw Arafat's body being airlifted? Give me a break. The BBC is one of the most anti-Israeli and anti-American channels ever. They give Al-Jazeera competition when it comes to bias. I suggest you go to HonestReporting.com and search BBC, do a bit of reading up. All of you. I was watching BBC when we first started the push toward Baghdad, by crossing the border into Iraq. A BBC reporter (I don't know his name) was so mad that he began spitting and spewing his heavily adjective laden sentences. His face turned red and he became overwhelmed with his anger. Each time the news desk anchor would return to his feed, from some other location with maps on the wall and monitors, he would look worse than the time before. Then he had a total emotional meltdown or some kind of nervous breakdown and it was difficult to understand what he was saying. It was hilarious. They quickly went to a commercial, and when they returned, he had been replaced by a different reporter on another feed. I never saw him again on BBC.

Yeah that website doesn't look biased at all!

From the website - "Join HonestReporting.com and
help Israel win the media battle."

Great propaganda slogan!

The BBC trumps the Washington Post and Fox News???
Well if Fox News is a good news channel.
Why did over 60% of Fox News viewers still think Saddam caused 9/11 up to the start of this year?

A bit of spin?

How ironic that this tidbit of news was gathered by blatantly liberal reporters and "scholars" (I use that term loosely)

Kinda like asking Hitler wether Jews are the scourge of the earth is it not?

That's classic :) It's no secret that the Beeb has many types working for them, but the British government has serious checks and balances regarding their conduct. They are not afraid to sponsor opinionated documentaries, but their news delivery is subject to close scrutiny.
Most people I know consider them very reserved in their news guise. One only has to compare them with the Guardian to see the flat grey nature of their delivery.

The fact that both left and right camps seem to find fault probably says more about their nature than any outright claim could. That said, they are not infallible, but I trust them more than most others put together.
