The exodus of whites from Ivory Coast should be viewed,
As a lesson the UN will no longer be endured,
As they evacuate their UN staff to avoid mobs,
The burning, the pillaging, the raping as they’re robbed.
The French should abandon the place and leave them alone,
Let them fight and kill each other over the last bone,
And please no peacekeepers with no peace to keep,
Could it be another Rwanda where we could weep?
Their hate is infectious and so easy to spread,
Add race, tribe and religion and too many to count the dead,
Why should we be involved in that far away upheaval?
Let it all go back to where it was – primeval.
Let our Liberal international socialists learn,
Places over there should be none of our concern,
We’re not obliged to keep the warring sides apart,
Just wait and watch as the UN and the French all depart.
