|
|
By reading the newspapers and watching television here in Australia, I've tried to put together a political platform from all the different views out there. Anyhow I finally have finished, let me know if you think it could be a valid party.
Point 01. The gravest threat facing Australia today is not international socialism, multinational corporations or terrorists. It is the divisive and socially destructive concept of multiculturalism. Multiculturalism fundamental principle is unity of diversity. Unity is the exact opposite of diversity. The best notion for promoting ethnic unity in Australia is to promote the acceptance of our unique Western culture. This is a strong social system based on civil liberties, democracy and a sense of a unified community. Multiculturalism supports the selfish, greedy global cosmopolitanism culture emphasised by multinational institutions, weakens the sovereign state and oppresses the culture, liberties and democratic choice for the majority of Australian people. Over all the aim is to promote the sovereignty, identity and culture of our nation based on the concept of a Western society as directed through the historical formation of our nation.
Point 02. We wish to remain a sovereign nation and will not have this right to sovereignty to be trampled upon by international organisations. We may be criticised by internationalist organisations but that will not change our political will to determine our history and values. Every decision made by a nationalist government will be for the greater good of the nation. We therefore demand that all forms of foreign aid to be cancelled immediately. We must solve our problems before we attempt to solve the problems of other nations. We demand that Australia remove itself from all international treaties and organisations. We see no sense in being told what we can and can’t do by the United Nations. We will defend our right to make our own decisions be it political or militarily. Those who think that they can change the course of our history will be met with the iron fist of a country united by will and discipline. We must strive to rebuild a united nation, promoting policies that recognise the interdependence of city and country. We will use all means at our disposal to protect our sovereignty and maintain an adequate defence to maintain sovereignty of our nation.
Point 03. We will work to remove all restrictions on development caused by native title, deregulation, illegal United Nations treaties, restrictive trade practices and high fuel prices. Foreign aid is wasteful and retards the sound economic growth of the people supposed to be aided. Foreign aid must be stopped at once. To this end we oppose all contributions to the International Monetary Fund and similar institutions. We oppose any United National conventions, as they are harmful to our national sovereignty and attempts to circumvent our constitution. All financial support to the United Nations and any of its agencies must stop immediately, and all foreign delegates, staff and other employees should be required to leave Australia at once. We support military personnel who refuse to be compelled to serve as Australian soldiers under United Nations command.
Point 04. Citizens are those who are by either birth or naturalisation possess the right of citizenship. Foreigners are all those who have those rights in another country. Between these two groups we have the so-called stateless. For a person to become a citizen through nationalisation they must show exemplary work and criminal history record. As in point eight, anyone who became a citizen after the first of January two thousand and one can be deported to their country of origin if they display unacceptable levels of criminality and social welfare dependency. We will introduce a new program of dividing our population based on a three-tier system of classification. These are citizens, subjects and foreigners. The status of subject is acquired by birth. Once this person has served their compulsory national service then they become a citizen. Once a citizen, they are allowed to participate in politics and nation decision-making. Foreigners, naturally are citizens who enjoy this right in a foreign country.
Point 05. Non-citizens (mostly tourists) will be treated as guests, however will be punishable by Australian law. Depending on the serious nature of the crime he or she can either be imprisoned or deported. All people with dual citizenships will have it abolished with their country of birth being their country of residence. If the person do not accept the fact that they cannot be a citizen of the nation they will be deported without consideration. These deportees will be given adequate time to resolve personal issues. All people entering the nation illegally will be imprisoned and deported at the earliest convenient time for the government. To tolerate alien influence is to allow our nation to rot from within. All people who have been given citizenship regardless of the period of time they have been here will still be included in these legal procedures. We do not want people who are damaging our country and its heritage to remain here.
Point 06. Voting has always allowed the population of a nation to have a voice in government. However, this voice is slowly being blocked by the screams of the internationalist, the dual citizenship holder. The right to vote on the nation’s government and legislation is a right that is to be enjoyed by its citizens alone. Citizens of this nation and no one else hold all official appointments, no matter how small and large will only. We oppose the corrupting parliamentary custom of filling posts merely in accordance with party considerations, and without reference to character or abilities.
Point 07. It is the national government’s primary duty to provide a livelihood for its citizens. If it should prove impossible to provide the citizens with adequate resources all foreign nationals must be deported from the nation.
Point 08. All immigration must be reduced and eventually halted completely. All people who have become citizens since the first of January two thousand and one will have their criminal and working history reviewed. All people who are found to have unacceptable levels of criminality and social welfare dependency will be deported at the earliest convenient time for the government. Immigration policy must take into account social cohesion, employment opportunities, urbanisation and environmental issues. We must end the divisive, government funded and institutionalised policy of multiculturalism. Immigration is the biggest problem in economic and social terms. Immigration should be halted eventually due to economic reasons in particular the cost of property and living in general. We favour the return of the immigration restriction act in order to preserve our identity, independence and freedom.
Point 09. All citizens must be guaranteed equal rights regardless of sexuality, religious denomination, racial background or disability. In mentioning this we should also say that people must be responsible not to bring attention to others their differences. The government will not pander to attention seeking minority groups. Therefore all organisations that promote separation and perceived differences will be abolished and their funding distributed to more worthwhile organisations. Organisations for example which support aboriginal, female and homosexual interests will be banned not because the majority of people do not consider these to be worthy causes, no they will be banned because we want to treat people equally and not to be reminded of differences which are prevalent in our society. We must however, always promote policies that strengthen and protect the idea of the traditional family. The federal government should not infringe the rights of state and local governments to enact laws restricting public obscenity, pornography and illicit sex acts especially prostitution and homosexuality. Tax dollars must not be used to finance immoral art, literature, speech or actions. We support laws providing maximum legal penalties for the criminal distribution, publication or exhibition of obscenity. We oppose use of public funds to subsidise so called artists who deliberately promulgate works that are offensive to the moral sensitivities of the majority of taxpayers. Laws should be strictly enforced which prohibit location of alcoholic beverages outlets nears schools or children’s public playgrounds and support the principle that the cost of rehabilitation of alcoholics should be a tax burden on the alcoholic beverage industry and not on the general taxpayers. The traditional idea of marriage is the basic building block of society. We oppose governmental policies that tend to break up families, and legislation that attempts to sanction, legitimise or legalise same sex unions as marriages. State recognised homosexual civil unions as an alternative to traditional marriages is to be opposed.
Point 10. It must be the first duty of every citizen to perform physical or mental work. Regardless of physical abilities all citizens must contribute to society in a positive way. The activities of the individual must not clash with the general interest of the community. Their activities must proceed within the framework of the community and be for the general good of the population. We need an expansion of the public sector and investment by the government in manufacturing industries, infrastructure projects, schools and universities, public housing, hospitals, public transport, environmental and ecological schemes. The use of the term civil rights as an excuse for governmental interference with the conduct of private business and the rights of property owners. We are opposed to any program of reverse discrimination under which quotas of ethnic minorities, regardless of qualification are admitted to our academic institutions. We are equally opposed to such reverse discrimination practices in employment, promotion of employees, and financial transactions. We call for the elimination of all affirmative action programs that substitute race or creed for merit. We oppose all proposed reparations to people based on wrongs committed by society, to their dead long ancestors.
Point 11. Federal welfare programs are unconstitutional, needlessly expensive and riddled with corruption. They should be abolished, leaving such concerns to the states rather than the federal government. Abolishing or phasing out these federal programs will reduce the need for welfare to a level with which state and local governments can cope. We are sensitive to the needs of Australia’s aged, blind and disabled citizens and fully support state and federal programs to enable these citizens to live in dignity and economic security. Individuals have the right to choose between private retirement and pension programs either at their place of employment or independently.
Point 12. In broad terms, we support the market economy though we are opposed to excessive privatisation, foreign investment and foreign ownership of our resources. To protect our economy we must support the nationalisation of our major industries and firms. We support the concept of community banking and the development of a truly Australian People’s Bank. All Australian’s must act against the current economic system that is creating massive debts for our citizens.
Point 13. All companies which have been sold to overseas interest since the first of January nineteen fifty-one must be seized immediately and despite protests from overseas owners must be nationalised and reintegrated into the Australian economy. We must take comprehensive action to ensure that Australian history and culture will not be sold off to the highest bidder. We must put an end to the flood of privatisation, which have cost thousands of jobs and placed more of the Australian economy in the hands of internationalists. The Federal Government should regulate prices, profit levels and interest rates. Tax rates for big business have to be increased and profit going overseas need to be heavily taxed. Foreign capital in Australia needs to be controlled by the Government to make sure that enterprises keep 51 per cent Australian ownership. Trade in wheat, wool, meat, coal, iron ore, gold and other key resources should be the Federal Governments responsibility.
Point 14. Re-industrialisation is the best way to create lasting employment for skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers. We need to focus on training our citizens rather than importing skills and redirect the school system to meet the needs of industry. The embracing of globalism, native title and fraudulent trade treaties are the root causes of unacceptable levels of full-time employment opportunities. We will abolish all harmful trade treaties that threaten our manufacturing, business and rural industries. It is the responsibility of the Australian government to nurture and to protect industries that provide work and prosperity for our citizens.
Point 15. We must develop an industrial relations policy that is based on equality. These policies should emphasise self-worth, self-esteem and pride in Australian workmanship and achievements. We also support increased remuneration for those who achieve more or are willing to work harder. We must foster and support collective bargaining. Adequate protection must be provided for sub-tractors, particularly those in the building industry. We recognise the important role that unions play in Australia and we support the union movement. We also acknowledge the continuing need for workers to have assistance in negotiating their wages and conditions. However, we do not support compulsory union membership, we believe in the right of the person to make a choice.
Point 16. We will try to encourage the development of a well-maintained and healthy middle class. We as socialists encourage a healthy class system that does not exploit the population. We will strive to provide all classes with a system that protects and does not take advantage of its people at their weakest. Therefore, we demand that there is a progressive taxation system that will protect the low-income earners and tax responsibly the more effluent income earners. We will communalise the larger business enterprises and lease a cheaper rate to small traders, thus placing the utmost consideration towards small traders when placing state and federal orders.
Point 17. Through ever increasing taxes, the Australian working man and woman carry the full burden of the cost of a reckless and wasteful government. Excessive taxation is a major contributing factor to the breakdown of the home and family by forcing both parents to work in order to pay the high taxes on the salary of the principal provider, while neglecting the necessary quality time which parents need to spend with their children. No government tax authority should be able to seize the property of any citizen, or close a place of commerce, until the citizen or company has been convicted in a constitutionally recognised federal or local court. The tax authority should be required to pay the reasonable legal expenses of any citizen or company found innocent in such courts. At the state level, we will reduce taxes by reducing spending and will encourage the revitalization of the nations economy by encouraging business to remain in Australia, and to nationally encourage citizens to buy Australian made products.
Point 18. Governments have a responsibility to encourage, assist and to protect small business and recognise the need for competition and free enterprise. Legislation and regulations should be structured to encourage small business; facilitate the expansion of existing small business, ensure fair competition and to protect against the unscrupulous. We will promote policies that control and prevent the establishment of monopolies, cartels and vertically integrated businesses that manipulate the market through domination. It is the responsibility of the government to protect small business from predator like attacks of big business.
Point 19. We believe that zero tolerance with discretion should be the guiding principle when dealing with crime. All criminals must be punished accordingly to their crime. Basically the punishment should fit the crime. Therefore we will demand a referendum on capital punishment. Every single criminal act no matter how small affects every Australian. A criminal act is an act of assault against the nation. There must be ruthless but fair punishment. There will be no right of appeal for convicted drug dealers, murderers, paedophiles and rapists. We will make sure that once a person is convicted of a crime, no matter how small the crime and the name of the person responsible will be published in all national endorsed publications. We also believe that it is the right of a citizen to use reasonable means to protect their property, themselves and others against criminal acts. All law-abiding citizens have the right to be protected, and to protect themselves from crime, violence, and lawlessness. Society can not afford to permit lawbreakers to escape personal liability for their criminal acts. We support reforms in our judicial system to provide a speedy and just determination in criminal cases. We support strengthened laws to prohibit lenient sentencing of repeat offenders, including mandatory life sentences without probation or parole for individuals convicted three or more times on violent charges. Incarcerated illegal immigrations should not be provided with educational or vocational training.
Point 20. There must be a thorough reconstruction of both the public and private school funding system. Private schools promote elite, materialistic ideas that are damaging to the nation. We must combat this materialism through promotion of the public education system. A small percentage of children attend private schools and generally the parents of these children are financially well off. If children are to be taught a sense of equality then the most natural place therefore would be school. The most gifted children with poor families will be naturally, cared for financially at the expense of the government. The education of the youth of Australia will not be bastardised by petty class arguments. Aptitude tests will be conducted to ensure students are directed towards and education in line with their capabilities. We support the idea of quality education for all children. Public education is a parental and local responsibility and we are committed to the preservation of the neighbourhood school with federal control or influence. We believe that the educational dollar should be spent for improved classroom instruction, not for bilingual education or for social experimentation. We believe that the schools should be required to maintain high academic standards. We will resist any attempt by governmental agencies to use the education system to experiment with the lives of children through such programs as sex education, sensitivity training and drug and mental experimentation. We oppose the promotion of Planned Parenthood programs, and other pro-abortion groups through the public school system including the distribution of condoms, and condom classes. Nor are schools are an appropriate forum for presentation, or propagandising of the homosexual life style. We are totally opposed to the children of illegal immigrants receiving schooling at the taxpayers expense.
Point 21. The government must ensure the nation’s health standards are raised by protecting both mother and child. All new mothers will be provided with financial aid dependent on their financial standing. All health care for new mothers will be provided free of charge. We must introduce legislation that promotes sports and activities, which encourages physical strength eg. Gymnastics. As mother and child are the most important people in a nation we will abolish the practice of abortion. However in some extreme cases abortion will be allowed eg. The pregnancy is a result of a sexual assault, the child is physically deformed or the pregnancy may result in the death of mother and/or child. It is the duty of all civil governments to protect human life. We support legislation to prohibit all acts of abortion and infanticide. The paramount responsibility of any government is to protect the life of each person within its jurisdiction. Though it may be superficially plausible that a pregnant woman should have complete control over her own body, neither she nor anyone else may extend that right of control to the body of the unborn child she carries. The government is obligated to protect the life of both child and mother and, if necessary, to protect the life of the child from the mother. The average Australian is threatened in his economic security at the high cost of health care. We believe that the advantages of our scientific achievements in the health field, including affordable prescription medicines, should be available to every person. We support cooperative efforts between federal and state governments, private insurance companies, and private charitable institutions to provide low cost health insurance for the average citizen. We support the regulation of health care providers in the interest of patients and the public. We oppose tax funded health care for illegal immigrants, reduced benefits for senior citizens now have health care benefits, the control of medicine by federal bureaucrats and the forcing of small and medium sized businesses out of business through added tax burdens to fund health care premiums. We believe every citizen is entitled to seek health treatment of his choice and every health care practitioner is entitle to give his patient a mutually agreed upon treatment, and such treatment should be restricted only if it is conclusively proved harmful to the patient. Abortion is not a form of health care; we oppose tax-funded abortions. The spread of AIDS is principally attributable to promiscuous homosexual conduct and drug abuse, because these practices put innocent people at risk under no circumstances should the government at any level continue to subsidise activities which have the effect of encouraging homosexual conduct or drug abuse.
Point 22. All citizens of a nation have a right to a high standard of health and hospital care. We support the development of an efficient and high quality health care service, accessible to all Australians regardless of class. We stress the need to encourage and retain our own medical health professionals, which can easily be done by shifting public funding from the private health system which is predominantly foreign owned.
Point 23. We believe that a strong nation must have a strong defence force, therefore we believe that we must have a large and up to date military. We support the idea of national service as we believe that it would solve the majority of crimes and instil a sense of discipline and strengthen patriotism in the citizenry of the nation. We will introduce a bill that will make it compulsory for every twenty-year-old man and woman to serve a compulsory two years in their choice of branch in the defence forces. Our nation has a rich military history and tradition and this will serve a dual purpose of celebrating these traditions and keeping our nation safe from foreign influence. We feel that all youth groups must be centralised under a umbrella organisation and will be organised along military lines, and as stated in point twenty-one will encourage physical strength.
Point 24. The creation of a non-biased and truly Australian press free from internationalist cosmopolitanism. We would like to increase funding to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation to develop and to showcase Australian television shows, movies and music. This television channel would be completely free of any overseas programs and would be hosted by Australians. It would be completely free of any materialistic and internationalist views and would focus heavily on Australian history and culture. This television channel would be nationalised and fifty one percent of it would be owned by the Australian public. Furthermore, all Australian newspapers will have as little foreign content as possible with the exclusion of any foreign correspondents. We do not need internationalist opinion; we only need Australian opinion. We must have faith in our nationalist organisations to promote Australian cultural values. Any form of media (bar the Internet) that paint a bad picture of Australian society as a whole will be disbanded immediately. This is not a form of state control of the press, just a concerted effort by the government to promote the best that Australia has to offer. We must focus on the positives and not the negatives. There needs to be a Australian content quota enforced on all forms of media, which will promote and protect Australian culture, which must be strengthened wherever and whenever possible.
Point 25. There should and will be religious freedom for all denominations in the nation, provided as long as they do not threaten our morals and ethics. There must be a complete separation of religion and state. The Australian people will not be held hostage by religion. Therefore in all public schools all religious lessons will be cancelled, no religious prayer or song will be performed and all religious items will be removed. All religious schools, which we should recognise as foreign powers on sovereign soil will be closed and the funding distributed equally between remaining schools in the surrounding region. We however favour the return of voluntary non-sectarian prayer and bible reading to those schools in which a majority of the voters have indicted such a preference. |

This may surprise you Dave, but I don't really care whether you think I'm intelligent or not, and whether this guy has any intelligence at all is yet to be seen as all he has posted so far has been copy and paste jobs. |

You might want to think about that when I kick your ass in the upcoming debates. By the way, why do you assume my name is Dave? My alias is Dave Gold, hence golddave but that isn't my real name. Also, Dr. Juntzen is quite cabable of defending himself and I am going to stay out of it but I reckon he can take you. |

Look Dave, this may be surprising but you're not the first neo-con to come onto this site, find my ideas not to their liking and pursue me, insult me, and try to get me into a slag match, no one has been successful thus far, and you're not going to be successful either.
If you want to debate, I will debate when I get time, however trying to demean my intelligence is pointless and futile. |

I know, don't think that I don't think it is a little strange for the topic to be so economically based? ummmm, funny that. Not one of Chingu's strong points, don't worry but, I am going to retort everything you put down, even if I agree with it. You see a true, a good debater should be able to win an argument even if he doesn't agree with the topic! |

An intelligent person will be on the right side of the issue, but yes I agree. In fact if you read through some of my earlier posts, you'll see that I've debated in favour of every major economic system there is (cap, an, soc). |

| BTW, I had no say in what the subject would be, the first topic, abortion, was very hard for me as my party didn't even have a platform on it. Also, I don't have any formal education in economics except for environmental economics which is useless in this debate. |

So you admit that you have no F**K** idea? or your a good debater? Is that what your saying.
I wrote a poem for you to.
A.D.
You think you are the champ, you think you are the best,
when we debate, I'll take you off the run to success.
You think you can read me,
but I know you can't
I am the elephant and you are the ant.
Remember my friend, when the time comes,
I'll send you packing to the Radical HQ Slums.
So gather your thoughts champ, I wish you well,
thank christ you guys aren't in, Australia would be hell.
