Fashions
By
James Bredin
I will never understand the world of fashion,
Anemic women on a catwalk with no passion,
Looking straight ahead with a scowl on their faces,
Never saw a smile not even the remote traces.
From far away New York, Paris, London or Milan,
Exotic strange fashions or something like rags stuck on,
Designers too of form fitting clothes and their type,
Is there something I’m missing in all this pumped up hype?
Was I not educated properly or did I miss?
Excitement of these paparazzi I can’t dismiss,
I have never seen a model who didn’t need a feed,
Looked half starved maybe smoking weed or doing speed?

Secret Appointees to the Supreme Court
By
James Bredin
You can’t ask a Supreme Court judge his or her name,
It doesn’t matter who they are – a guy or a dame,
Secret status quo is so sacred that it can’t be changed,
Nothing, absolutely nothing, can be rearranged.
Our Prime Minister Paul who was not elected by you,
He picks his friends, so you can shout till you’re blue,
Hope you don’t end up in front of his appointee,
You might learn quickly to never disagree.
You can’t ask questions to a feminist appointees,
Is she a dyke or an alcoholic on a spree?
What does she think of all this same-sex marriage stuff?
Stop. You can’t ask that. Close the door. You’ve had enough!
They’ll do the politicians’ job with these decisions,
Onward and upward to glory in left wing revisions,
Change more laws in one day than parliament in a year,
Therefore make more laws without fallout or fear.
Dressed up like bishops to decide and display,
What they see in the tealeaves of the Charter that day,
And changes to Trudeau’s Charter will never be allowed,
Not by these unquestioned appointees who are so proud.
Without referendums or recall you can’t complain,
Don’t even mention this poem or you’ll be viewed with distain,
You’re just a social number and don’t you forget,
And don’t you even think of smoking that cigarette.
So there’s no need for politicians to make more laws,
The Supreme Court can do the job without any flaws,
No need for a throne speech and all that pompous stuff,
Pretending to pretend is much more than enough.

I love it.
very good, he just tell the truth.
In classica times in Italy, the women in portraits and arts are all fleshy and a little round.
In China Tang dynasty, they appreciate that too.
fashion is not art and beauty, it's only fashion . I think it so. |

Close Down the Adscam Inquiry
By
James Bredin
Just how many Liberals should be put in jail?
For their corrupt Sponsorship Program and get no bail,
Missing millions and billions and it was all our money,
Liberals thought it was theirs which was not very funny.
But Liberals have closed down inquiries before,
The Somalia Scandal cover up and more,
Political interference is part of their game,
With the Krever tainted blood report, they did the same.
Liberal trained seals sold their souls and vote as a block,
Insensitive, corrupt, numb like sheep in a flock,
And their Airbus Affair cost us at least a billion,
No matter to them, million, billion or gazillion.
A Liberal lackey is now looking for a reason,
Close Adscam down soon before the Christmas season,
Their corruption and thievery should not be checked,
Just say it was a Quebec unity project.
They may even believe in their divine right of kings,
They are the natural ruling party and other things,
No need to have dialogue with these corrupt fanatics,
Their logic and behavior is extremely erratic.
And nothing will change because before them, we have bowed,
No proportional representation will be allowed,
No referendums or recall or term limits here,
But maybe a same-sex marriage if you’re a queer.

Society is a Flock of Sheep
By
James Bredin
There’s no difference between people and a herd of sheep,
One flock gets a shepherd and the other gets a creep,
The shepherd wants a place where his sheep can graze,
And the creep wants a place to spend the rest of his days.
Neither the sheep nor you or I can select our boss,
They just arrive from somewhere else like Santa Clause,
Our prime minister then appoints his friends to high places,
To be Supreme Court to decide those same-sex cases.
And we all go along just like a big herd of sheep,
“No protests and no questions will be allowed from you, Creep!”
We have no referendums, term limits or recall,
Tax and spend and travel the world while having a ball.
Being prisoners of our status quo is not so strange,
We’ve been here for years and not allowed to rearrange,
We need a constitutional change and real soon,
While rogue refugees claim Charter rights in platoons.
And soon there will be many more of them than us,
Not politically correct to mention this fuss,
“It’s all a secret you righteous right winger!”
Stay quiet like sheep and pretend you’re a winner.
As they march in lock step, obey and vote as a block,
They get power, do nothing and stay steady as a rock,
And a big paper shredder so their appointees can’t fail,
And the Adscam inquiry has no paper trail.

Sheila
By

You remember Sheila Baby, well she’s back on track,
Chretien’s co conspirator who got the Martin sack,
I thought we heard the last of her but, No, No, No,
She’s writing in the Post so everyone will now know?
Sheila wrote a book and she would never never lie,
Though no one else can remember and they don’t know why,
Is she the scorned woman or should we bother to ask?
When she was acting PM, was she up to the task?
Tell me something good because I want to believe,
Sheila was a Liberal and would they deceive?
She doesn’t like Paul Martin but he’s our prime minister,
Would Adscam Liberals do something sinister?
She saved the Canada Health Act from a fire,
In the men’s room, kicked Paul and called him a liar,
Then she saved some orphans who were lurking in there,
Have I gone mentally ill or should I even care?

Adscam Liberals United the Country
By
James Bredin
Those phony phone calls from fund raisers never occurred,
And if they did we only answered those we preferred,
It was all done because of the Quebec referendum,
Someone used the shredder for that memorandum.
And the millions that went missing; well no one complained,
Until Auditor General Fraser was retained,
She is the one that should be under investigation,
Not us Liberals traveling on extended vacation.
We’ve been reelected again and now we’re in charge,
Though we’re a minority and our numbers not large,
We’re the natural governing party here for life,
We’re the Adscam Liberals of the missing money strife.
And our diehard socialist friends don’t really care,
That we’re hustlers of corruption but not to despair,
We send the billions to all the appropriate places,
Called equalization to proper provincial bases.
